In his past life prior to joining Real Estate, Gyanesh Paliwal founded, built and ran a successful computer systems company, Mukul Computer Services Pvt. Ltd, in India. Since landing in Canada in 2001, Gyanesh and Anshu Paliwal have established 3WMagic, a Web solutions company, providing Web design, development and site management services. Gyanesh has proven business acumen to understand and respond to client needs; "customer first" principle is key to his successes.

Gyanesh recognizes that the real estate market is in a state of flux in keeping with the constantly changing needs and wants of families and individuals. As a result, clients expect and demand more up to-date and timely information about available choices and different options, financial calculations, mortgage details and investment scenarios.
